Kids:
If you would like to reserve a kid from a planned breeding please email me and let me know which breeding you would like to reserve a kid from. Reservations on unborn kids are free and first come first serve. Monetary deposits will take precedence over free reservations. Once kid(s) are born we will begin emailing interested parties in order, so please keep watch of your email. Once you have been emailed regarding kid availability you will have 48hrs to respond back, after 48hrs you will forfeit your turn to the next person inline on the reservation list. If you're still interested in the kid we request a $50 deposit within 24hrs to hold the kid(s) as yours. Remaining balance is required at pick-up of animal. Deposits are non-refundable, once you decide to put money down on a kid so if you decide you don't want the kid we will put the kid back up for sale for someone else, but you will not receive your deposit back. Kids must be picked up on agreed date, if kid is not picked up boarding fees will apply per day per kid(s) until picked up . If kid is not picked up with 10 days deposit will be forfeited and kid will go back up for sale. Kids are typically ready to leave at about 8-9 weeks. "Wethers" are bucks until the time of banding which we do at about 8 weeks old, then they are ready to go to their new homes. Kids need to be picked up no later than 10 weeks of age otherwise your deposit will be fore fitted and the kid(s) will be put back up for sale. Transportation, "CVI"(Certified Vet inspection) plus any additional cost associated for testing per state requirements (Every state is different of what tests are required to cross state lines) of the animal(s), and fuel/ My time to transport to air port or if we have to meet a transporter, is the buyers responsibility, but I am willing to work with buyers and try to agree on a pick up and/or delivery. Upon kids being ready to go to their new homes they must be picked up within 30 days unless other arrangements have been made. If no arrangements have been made, the deposit will then be forfeited and the said kid will be placed back up for sale for someone else. Multiple rescheduling by the purchaser beyond the initial established pick up date may result in added fees
Bottle Babies:
We do not often have bottle kids as we really like kids to be dam raised to create well rounded dairy goats. On special occasions such as doe with to many kids (4-5 kids) we will pull (1-2) kids depending how many or health wise and will be based solely upon our discretion on which kids will be bottle raised. All bottle babies must be paid in full, non-refundable, before being switched to the bottle and picked up no later than 1 week of age or sooner depending on how kid(s) is accepting the bottle. We will not release kid(s) til proficiently nursing on the bottle. We don't mind selling kids as bottle babies but I will not pull babies from their dam to be put onto a bottle without serious commitment first by you. This ensures that I don't get stuck feeding a bottle baby that was perfectly fine before hand, being raised by their dam.
Breeding/Adult Age Animals:
If you would like to reserve an adult breeding doe and/or buck that is for sale we request half (non refundable) of the price of that animal at the time of reservation to hold the animal as "yours." Again, animals will be held no longer than 30 days unless other arrangements have been agreed upon, then the deposit will be forfeited and the animal will be put back up for sale. If at any reason buyer back out of the sale it is up to the breeders discretion on whether a refund will be given.
All animals sold will be in good health, UTD on all shots, de-worming and hoof trimmings. We want our costumers to be satisfied with the condition the animal comes to them in! After it leaves our property we are NOT responsible for it's condition and/or health. If you are purchasing a doe(s) that are sold as Exposed/Bred:
EXPOSED meaning: Doe was exposed to a buck during a standing heat observing at least one successful mount. Being sold as Exposed is NOT a guarantee to be pregnant.
BRED meaning: A doe that has not cycled since being exposed, Positive pregnancy test via blood or ultra sound (breeders discretion on method). Bred doe is NOT a guarantee of live birth. Service memo will be provided if the bill of sale states thats included.
Deposit Refunds:
The only time a deposit will be refunded is if the kid is no longer available or we've decided that we will retain the animal in herd. In which case your deposit will be refunded in full or you may transfer it to another animal.
We reserve the right, as the breeder to retain any kid, from any breeding.
