About Us:

Yamhill County Nigerians is  home to a small performance  herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats who participate in DHIA & LA . We started breeding these little goats in 2012 and have selected our goats from great genetics including NC Promisedland, Proctor Hill Farm, Pecan Hollow, TX Twincreeks,  Elfin Acres,  Odeon, Aries and Dragonfly to name a few. We are striving to breed the best we can and focus on quality not quantity. When breeding our goats we consider each goats qualities and try to pair them with the buck we think will compliment them the best. We want our goats to be conformationally sound and be able to milk well enough to be competitive in the ring and the milk bucket. We make sure we spend many hours with our herd each week to ensure they stay friendly and social for whomever stops in to say hello! Since we have started breeding we have tested annually for CAE, CL, and Johnes and are proud to say we have always tested negative (2023 test results available upon request)! Thank you for visiting our website and hope you enjoyed the stay!

KIDDING SEASON!!!! Kids are HERE!! We still have a few kids available!!!
